Silicone Baking Mat by Cook FX

I really like the baking mats from Cook FX.  I was able to bake a lot of peanut butter cookies in no time flat.  Because of them the cookies baked evenly and none of them burned.  Which I was a little worried about because I have never used cookie cutters or shapes for peanut butter cookies (yes I did a happy dance when they came out).  I love to bake but hate having to use non-stick spray.

These baking mats are high in quality.  They clean easily and can be stored either rolled or flat (I prefer flat).  I can honestly say I see a lot more cookies in my future.

The 5 blade herb scissors by Magikuchen is a wonderful addition to the kitchen.  I don't know about other people but I love to chop, dice, and mince things whenever possible.  I have also been known to cut my finger from time to time.  That is all in the past now.

Ozeri Knife set and stand

Ozeri really has the customer in mind with these products.  When I opened the knife set I wasn't sure which end I was opening.  Turned out it didn't matter.  The blades were covered with foam to protect you from accidental cuts, and they are sharp.  The stand is absolutely beautiful.  It can either stand up straight or tilt each knife for easier access.

I really enjoy these two products.  I love cutting and chopping food and the rock of the largest blade is awesome.  It makes mincing food so easy.  The only down side that I found is the weight in the handle was off and cutting through a sweet potato was a little difficult.  Other than that I enjoy using them.  Just be careful with the holder as well.  If you aren't careful and let the blade drop on it, it will crack.  I have no doubt though with proper care they will both last a long time.

Ozeri Touch II 18 lbs Digital Kitchen Scale

The Touch II by Ozeri truly is a thing of beauty.  I have a large household and we buy meat in bulk. I had a kitchen scale that was okay but had to do more dishes. The containers I use to divide the meat would not fit on the other scale. Not so with this one. They fit perfectly and the weight is very accurate. When I received this I checked with something that I knew how much it weighed and it was spot on. Now I spend less time dividing bulk foods which means more time with my kids. Anything that can help with that is wonderful in my book. I also like the fact that you have to push the power button in order for it to turn on.
